1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shop2Change platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a legally valid user, at least of legal age in your country, and have the capacity to enter into contracts in your name.

3. Use of the Services

  • You may not use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of local or international laws.
  • You undertake not to post content that is offensive, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others.
  • You may not use the services for malicious advertising or to violate the terms and policies of third-party platforms.

4. Account and Information Confidentiality

You are responsible for your account login information (username, password). You must notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and Execution

  • Prices are shown at the time of purchase and include fees, if applicable.
  • Digital Services are delivered immediately upon confirmation of payment, and once delivered, they cannot be withdrawn or returned (except in cases where this is our fault or a breach of the Terms).

6. Limited Liability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or free from interruptions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.

7. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes on the Platform or by email if necessary.


Refund Request (Returns and Refunds)

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products and services on the platform are digital (game keys, cards, digital numbers, gift promotion services). Once delivered, they cannot be returned or deactivated, unless there is an error on our part.

2. Cases in which a refund is granted

  • If the product was sent damaged or unusable.
  • If there is an error in the order cycle (e.g., missing product or data).
  • If you did not receive the digital service within the specified time and type.

3. Timeframe for Refund Request

Please submit a refund request within 4–48 hours of receiving the product/service if there is a defect or authorization issue.

4. How to Submit a Request

Contact customer support via email or the platform's contact form. Include order details, proof of the problem, or screenshots of the defect.

5. Refund Processing

After verification, if approved, the prepaid amount will be refunded via the original or an alternative method. Refunds may be subject to transaction or CPU costs, if applicable.

6. Exceptions

Digital products are not refundable after download or use, unless explicitly stated. Services completed without fault on our part are not refundable.
